Design thinking - User Testing
The project was a fictive case with Nespresso focusing on a new approach in e-commerce. The project followed the steps of the methodology of Design Thinking, Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The user experience was central and user studies was performed several times during the process. The main goal was to transfer the Nespresso boutique experience to their website and evaluate the users response and reflections.
I performed this project together with italian students at the university Politecnico di Milano, in Milan.
